Hunan launches first flight entitled fifth-freedom traffic right

Hunan's first flight that has been entitled to the fifth-freedom traffic right was launched on April 3.  It links Addis Ababa in Ethiopia, Liège in Belgium, and Changsha in central China. Changsha,the capital of Hunan province,is the transit hub allowing the free movement and distribution of cargo between airports in the three cities.
