China (Changsha) Fireworks Industry Expo slated for May

The China (Changsha) Fireworks Industry Expo and the Fireworks Industry High-quality Development Forum will be held at the Hunan International Convention and Exhibition Center between May 10 and 12, 2024. It was learned from the China Grocery Products for Daily Use Marketing Society on April 16. More than 2,000 domestic fireworks wholesalers and nearly 1,000 fireworks manufacturers are expected to participate in the exhibition.

Themed "High-level Safety and High-quality Development", the expo aims to build a fireworks display center boasting the largest scale, most products, and greatest market influence in the world. It has been supported by over 20 provincial fireworks industry associations and major fireworks production areas such as Liuyang City, Liling City, Wanzai County, Shangli County, Linli County, and Yizhang County. More than 12,000 new types of safe and environmentally friendly artistic boutique fireworks and the latest fireworks machinery and equipment will be displayed, fully demonstrating the scientific and technological innovation of the fireworks industry and its latest achievements in developing new quality productive forces.

Meanwhile, it will host a forum on the high-quality development of fireworks and firecrackers. A large-scale fireworks art show and the first urban cultural and tourism fireworks competition will be held in Liuyang, to jointly establish a national fireworks and firecrackers production and marketing cooperation platform, expanding the dual circulation of domestic and international fireworks consumer markets.
