80后园林专业硕士童紫威是安沙花卉产业领头人。十一年前，他从白领转型花农，返乡做起了花卉苗木的栽培与销售，将知识转化为生产力，带领传统花卉产业转型升级。

如今，安沙花卉产业示范园的花卉产品畅销湖南及周边省市，并与多家电商企业达成合作，成为众多电商平台鲜花绿植板块的核心供应商，年产值超亿元，已带动当地100多家种植户、经营户共同发展，带动周边400户农民就业。
