未来造飞机高铁,可能是机器人“组团”干活

Supported by a major project of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the research team led by Academician Wang Yaonan from Hunan University put forward the bold vision of developing an intelligent manufacturing robot cluster in 2022, addressing the industry pain points in the manufacturing of major equipment such as aircraft and high-speed trains—over-reliance on manual labor, low efficiency and insufficient precision. The team innovatively adopted the solutions of integrated perception, communication, computing and control and collaborative design of communication and control. It overcame the challenge of real-time collaboration among multiple robots, and developed a variety of robots that can be flexibly combined to operate independently or in coordination.
湖南大学王耀南院士团队受国家自然科学基金重大项目支持,针对飞机、高铁等重大装备制造依赖人工、效率精度不足的行业痛点,于2022年提出智能制造机器人集群研发的大胆设想,创新采用“感传算控一体化”和“通信—控制协同设计”方案,攻克多机器人实时协同难题,研发出可灵活组合、独立或协同作业的多款机器人。
At present, this technology has been put into practical application. Among them, the high-speed train bolt fastening robot has improved efficiency by more than 50% and achieved a substantial increase in precision, winning recognition from enterprises and spawning new market demands. Measurement robots and other types have been tested and verified on the production line of the C919 large passenger jet and applied to aircraft engine maintenance. The technology has been extended to the aerospace, high-speed rail, wind power and other fields, supporting the major national development needs and opening up new prospects for the development of Hunan's manufacturing industry.
目前该技术已落地应用,其中高铁螺栓锁附机器人效率提升超50%、精度大幅提高,获企业认可并催生新需求,测量等机器人还在C919产线试用验证、应用于飞机发动机检修,覆盖航空、高铁、风电等领域,助力国家重大需求,也为湖南制造业发展打开新空间。
